All vendors are based on approval of the event coordinator

Sign Up Information/Guidelines

  • We encourage halloween, doll or fall based vendors in keeping with this year’s ‘haunted doll house’ theme.
  • Festival will run from 4pm – 8pm Saturday, October 28th 2023. Rain Date is October 29th. 
  • Set-up will begin at 2pm. Vendor spots will be aprox 10’x10’. You must bring your own canopy, tables and chairs as needed, and will be able to drop off your things off but will need to move your car immediately. No early breakdowns unless you can carry your things out. All vendors are responsible for leaving a clean area at closing. All vendors shall exhibit professional and friendly manners always. 
  •  We will accept applications up until the day before the event however, we suggest registering early so we have ample time to advertize your booth. 

Vendor Fees

  • The fee for food vendors is $50. For all other vendors, it is $25. 
  • There are no refunds on application fees. Vendor fees are used to help support the cost of the Hedge Maze Garden Project we will be adding behind the mansion and your support is greatly appreciated.

Download your application form below and bring the completed form with the payment to Revival Wheeler Mansion, 75 E Main Street, Orange Ma 01364. Drop in Mail Box by the parking lot on Mechanic Street. 

Option 2: Online Application

Complete your application below. We will email you back with a confirmation and instructions to pay. Note that your space is not confirmed until we have received your payment in full.
